By registering as a Rider and using our App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Full Name

Date of Birth

Contact Details (Phone number, Email, Address)

Government-issued ID (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, Passport, etc.)

Bank Account / UPI details for payments

b) Vehicle & Work Information

Vehicle details (registration number, model, insurance papers, etc.)

Rider ID/Partner ID issued by us

Availability and working hours

c) Location & Device Information

Real-time GPS location while you are on duty

Device details (phone model, OS version, IP address, App usage data)

App permissions (GPS, Camera, Storage, etc.)

d) Other Information

Background verification details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for purposes including but not limited to:

Verifying your identity and eligibility as a Rider

Assigning and tracking delivery orders

Customers: Your name, profile photo, and real-time location may be shared with customers during active orders.
