Redemption Instructions

 This voucher can only be redeemed in branches of Dirk Rossmann GmbH (not at Rossmann Online GmbH and/or other third parties). You can check the credit balance in the branches. The credit cannot be used to purchase vouchers and prepaid products, nor for and/or in connection with services of third parties such as barzahlen.de / viacash . It is not possible to pay out the credit balance, any remaining amount will not be refunded. If the voucher is lost, no replacement is possible. The person presenting the voucher is considered to be the entitled person. The voucher is valid from the time of purchase. The validity ends 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was purchased. The issuer of this voucher is Dirk Rossmann GmbH, Isernhägener Straße 16, D-30938 Burgwedel. If the voucher is not purchased from Dirk Rossmann GmbH itself but from another retailer, the respective retailer acts as a representative for and on behalf of Dirk Rossmann GmbH.
