HOW IS IT SENT?  The voucher will be sent as an email.

HOW DO I REDEEM?  The voucher code is a 39 digit code (bCODE) that starts and ends with "=" and found on the upper right hand side of the email you received or when you click "View Voucher Code". 

Once you have the 39 digit Bcode, simply proceed to any SM Department Store's Customer Service Section. Present the email, sms or printed copy of the voucher to the bCODE or M2Cash Redemption counter to claim your physical SM gift certificate then enjoy your gift!

Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid after receiving it. It can be redeemed in all of merchant’s branches and can be used to pay for anything for sale in the store. It has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the gift certificate. Both Gifted.PH and the merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.

• Each eGift code is unique with a corresponding SM Gift Pass amount.
• The recipient is responsible for safekeeping the eGift code.
• The eGift code must be presented to the Bills Payment Counter of SM Stores (Department Stores) for validation.
• SM Gift pass is limited to twenty (20) eGift codes per transaction.
• Once validated, the Bills Payment Officer will release the SM Gift Pass.
• The SM Gift Pass can be used at the following stores: The SM Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermart, SaveMore, SM Appliance Center, Ace Hardware, Ace Builders Center, Baby & Co., Kultura Filipino, Our Home, SM Cinema, SM Bowling, SM Ice Skating Rink, SM Storyland, Sports Central, Surplus Shop, Toy Kingdom, Watsons, IMAX Theatre, Forever 21, Exploreum, Radisson Blu, Pet Express, Snack Time, Uniqlo, Levi’s, Walter Mart Supermarket, Alfamart, Crate & Barrel, Joseph, Sfera, The Body Shop, Skyranch, Bata, Crocs, MindPro Supermarket, Miniso, Simply Shoes, and SM Science Discovery Center.
• The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
• The eGift code cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Processing of transactions will be based on the availability of the validation system.
