The Pluxee Gift code is a 10-digit code that can be sent and received via SMS or Email. It's accepted in thousands of merchants nationwide such as supermarkets, food, clothing and other retail establishments. It doesn't expire and may be used only once.​

HOW TO REDEEM: ​

The Pluxee Gift code will be sent directly to the recipient’s email.​​

Recipient should go to their preferred Pluxee merchants.​​

Present the gift code to the cashier to process the transaction.​

Register using your email and mobile number​

Select ‘Gift Code Conversion’ on the welcome page or menu bar​

Choose ‘Pluxee Gift’ and enter your 10-digit Pluxee Gift code​

Tap 'Convert now’ and see your updated balance on the home screen​

There is no limit to the number of Pluxee Gift codes you can use per transaction. ​

The amount should be fully consumed in one transaction. No change or sukli will be provided if the transaction amount is less than the gift code value.​

The Pluxee Gift code can be used up to 10 years from the date it was issued (date is included in the notification).​

Pluxee shall not be liable for any claims or damages directly arising from or incidental to the purchase of the goods and/or services from partner merchants.​
