Terms and Condition

1. This gift is valid for 6 months from purchase.
2. If gift sender doesn’t select merchant than gift receiver can select merchant, which is called open gift.
3. Gifts are available in selected outlets only.
4. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash/cannot be refunded/ cannot be exchanged.
5. Digital Gift card will be immediately delivered to your phone no.
6. Please present your Gift Code and PIN provided in the SMS to the cashier at the time of payment.
7. This card is for a single transaction, any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or other gift cards and will be automatically forfeited.
8. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the Gift Amount will be paid by the Gift Receiver.
9. User need to manage the security of their own mobile devices, sms and emails to avoid any misuse of this digital gift card.
10. The Unique Voucher Code Should not be shared with anyone other than the intended user.
11. Gifty is not liable for any problems related with shops/merchants. Like merchant outlet is closed due to some reasons or merchant refused to provide service due to electricity, internet connectivity problems, or merchant’s web site is down or under maintenance etc.
12. With this voucher, customers will be allowed to buy products of their choice which are of regular price. Discounted products may not be sold through gift vouchers.
