Redemption Instructions

1. Klik ikon VIP pada halaman utama aplikasi Kopi Kenangan2. Ketik kode unik voucher yang anda miliki pada kolom "Voucher Saya" yang tersedia kemudian ketik search3. Klik Voucher untuk melihat detail dan S&K. Klik pakai/use untuk menggunakan voucher4. Pilih Pick Up (untuk mengambil produk di outlet) atau Delivery (untuk diantarkan langsung ke lokasi yang dituju)5. Pilih outlet yang ingin kamu tuju untuk pick up atau yang ingin kamu pesan untuk delivery, lalu klik simpan6. Pilih produk yang mau dibeli di halaman menu non promo lalu masukkan ke keranjang7. Harga total akan otomatis terpotong oleh voucher yang digunakan lalu pilih pembayaran yang kamu inginkan1. Click the VIP icon on the main page of the Kopi Kenangan apps2. Type the unique e-voucher code that you have in the "My Voucher" section then type search3. Click Voucher to see all details and T&C. Click use/use to use the e-voucher4. Select Pick Up (to pick up the product at the outlet) or Delivery (to deliver directly to the your home/preferred location)5. Select the outlet/store for pick up or the nearest one for the delivery services, then click save6. Select the product you want to buy on the non-promo menu page then add it to your basket7. The total price will be auto deducted then you can select the payment you want
