"Sign In: Log in to your Microsoft account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at the Microsoft website.
 
Go to the Microsoft Store:
 
On your Windows 10 device, open the Microsoft Store app.
On your Xbox One or Xbox 360, go to the ""Store"" tab.
Redeem Your Code:
 
On your Windows 10 device:
Open the Microsoft Store app.
Click on the ""More"" menu (three dots) in the upper right corner, and then select ""Redeem a code"".
On your Xbox One:
Go to the ""Store"" tab, then scroll down and select ""Redeem a code"".
On your Xbox 360:
Go to ""Games & Apps"" and select ""Redeem Code"".
Enter Your Code: Carefully enter the 25-character code without any hyphens. The system should automatically apply the credit to your account.
 
Confirmation: Once the code is redeemed, the balance will be added to your Microsoft account and can be used for eligible purchases."
